Hi everyone!

I have just joined the forum - and i'm after a few tips for my assignment i'm in the middle of for my Level 2. Its the facial assignment - and I need some advice on 2 of the questions:-

The first one being
1) describe methods that could be used to evaluate the effectiveness of facial treatment
2) describe desirable characteristics of an appropriate treatment environment.

I've got the obvious points down - but my tutor seems to think it should be a page long - so i'm a bit stuck!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I originally had to write some things down like that... but as I am doing a spa management course one the modules is spa design. I don't know if this would be of much help but as for the second question you need to think about the senses... this being touch - what sort of materials and different textures would be there?

Sight - what do you want the ambience of the room to be like - tranquil, relaxing etc...

Smell

But what also maybe important is what would be available to the therapists to ensure that they deliver a quality treatment

Have a look on the spa association website and look at the 5 senses, that may give you a few ideas...

Thank you for that that's helpful - I've just had a look on the spa website (assuming I'm looking at the right one!) - and i couldn't see anything. What is the web address please?
