Have you ever thought of owning ur own business. If you are interested I am selling my salon in Stockport due to personal reasons. It is a Nail and Beauty salon and has been established for 5 years. I am selling as I am about to be come a nanna and I am to be looking after my new grandchild. The salon is in Offerton, main road location with parking available. There is also no other beauty salons in the area. The salon is comtemporary styled with 2 nail bars, reception area with sofa a chairs, pedicure chair, reception desk. 1 seperate treatment room with potential to make another 2/3 rooms in the basement. ALL fixtures fittings and equipment will be included in the sale. w/t are approx 700 per week (but that is only for me as a therapist working 3.5 days a week). The rent is £98 per week and Business rates are £27.00 per week. The salon is a fantastic opportunity for someone as it is already established and you can expand the business further.
