Just Finshed My 3rd Year.. NVQ3..
Had a few interviews now, but none seam to have go back to me:(.. what do i need to do to stand out?
And should i wear my uniform to interviews or smart clothes?

I think that you don't need to wear uniform, you need to wear smart clothes with light color is okie
