Hey my name is Vanessa im currently working as a beauty therapist for a Saks franchise in the David lloyd Centre, iv wrked here almost a yr now & i wrked for an independent salon for 3yrs previous to this job.
When i stared wrking for saks, my employer said tht she would match my hourly rate from my previous job which is fine. But reently the other therapist that i wrk has recently recieved a payrise & she is also a senior therapist. So bacically what im trying to get at is how do i ask for a payrise? Literally i dnt kno how to approach the situation. Iv built up quite a gd client base in the short time iv been here & i also think the hourly rate i recieve atm my skills exceed. Please help lol
