Hi,
A while ago I posted a message about the sale of my salon in Surbiton, Surrey falling through.
It's happened again!! I'm due to leave the country in less than a week and I'd really like someone to take it over. It's a beautiful salon, with a loyal client list, really low overheads (£495 per month rent inc bills). At the moment the income is (based on a three and a half day a week) is £2k.
If you want it and can come up with the deposit (3 months rent) in the next week!! It's yours.
