Need help with waxing case histories

Hi there

I need to submit my waxing case histories and I'm stuck on my client profiles; ie. recommended treatment plan to be followed etc, any good suggestions please.

Hi Leanne

No I have to submit my case studies and these are the points to be considered. This is what my instructions says: Each of your clients involved in your case study should be introducted. The following should be mentioned: full names, age, a recommended treatment plan that is to be followed etc I need to do a client profile for each client

Yes and any ideas to put in as well. I've just hit such a blank. I have a client consultation card and have most of the info on there but apparently this is supposed to be separate.

Well the reccommended treatment plan for after waxing is:
To not touch the area (apply aloe vera to soothe the area)
It is recommended to not apply makeup for at least 8 hours if waxing has been done on the face area.
Avoid any perfumes or sprays on the area of treatment.
No sunbeds or saunas for 12 hours
Client should come back for a followup treatment in 2-4 weeks
Any redness (erythema) will reduce in a few hours.
