How do I log in to my Jobseeker Account?On the top line navigation of hairandbeautyjobs.com is a login button for jobseekers and employers. Simply click on this, enter your email address and password and you'll get direct access to your jobseeker account.
Help, I've forgotten my passwordClick the login button (top line navigation). Underneath the login area is a section which reads Lost password? Click on this and then supply the email address you gave when you registered on hairandbeautyjobs.com. We will email your password to this address.
Can I keep my personal details from employers?Yes you can. Some of our jobseekers may not want their information to be accessible by employers and we have provided a security area which allows you to hide your name, address and current employer details keeping your application private and confidential. Employers will still be able to contact you but you will be in control of the information they receive.
I'm trying to apply to a job but the system won't let me proceed. What is wrong?There are three possibilities;
- If you are a new visitor to hairandbeautyjobs.com then you will first have to register. Click on 'job search', found on the top line navigation, and select 'register now' from the jobseeker menu. After you have completed the simple registration form and filled in a simple online CV you will be allowed to apply for jobs.
- If you are a returning customer make sure you have logged in to your jobseeker account
- If you are registered and logged in then it may be the case that the employer has requested a block on all CVs that do not match their exact requirements
