Aesthetic Careers was founded by Lucy Howgego at the beginning of 2007. Lucy has over 10 years experience in the recruitment industry and has run several successful business in the past. After working in an Aesthetic Clinic in Brighton for two years, she encountered a problem hiring Aesthetic Staff herself. She felt there was a general lack of understanding of Aesthetics from traditional medical recruitment agencies and decided with her experience in the clinic and her background in recruitment to set up an agency solely dedicated to the Aesthetic Community.
We are an Aesthetic Recruitment Agency who specialise in the supply of Aesthetic Staff. We are not a general Medical or Nursing Agency. We are unique in the fact that we are solely dedicated to the Aesthetic Medicine Community, so our knowledge of the industry is specific and vast. We attend all relevant Aesthetic Exhibitions, have a great Network of people in the Industry and keep abreast of all relevant publications.
We recruit a range of staff in the Aesthetic Community for Private Clinics, Spas, Salons, Training Companies & Equipment & Product Suppliers. We supply staff all over the UK and are currently branching into Europe and Asia.
