Business Development Manager - Skincare brand - Circa 25,000 plus commission (OTE 33,000) Full time Monday - Friday - Covering Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Cambridge, East Anglia, Essex, Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, target driven Business Development Manager to join a well-established family run business.

You will form part of a team of skin experts who understand the professional skincare market and ideally will have had field sales experience within the industry and be able to build up an existing sales territory.

You will need a great understanding of skin and skincare and be able to demonstrate treatments and products when required to do so to win new business.

You must be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work alone and as part of a team. You must enjoy the consultative approach to building relationships, creating sales and supporting existing clients.

We will give full product training before you go out into an already established sales area. You will account manage for sales growth whilst constantly developing new sales outlets from a combination of sales leads and self-generated prospects.

It is vital that you are fully computer literate; Microsoft office packages, Excel, Power point and have an understanding of the value of CRM systems (training on our CRM system will be given). You will be able to journey plan effectively and manage you own time in a pro-active, efficient manner.

You will need a Beauty Therapy qualification, NVQ Level 3 or above.

The territory - Notts, Lincs, Leics, Northants, Cambs, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Bucks, Surrey, Kent, Sussex. - Ideally you will live in a central location such as south Cambridgeshire or Essex.
