Making appointments using computerised booking system.
Welcoming clients and taking care of their needs.
Informing stylist on arrival of their clients.
Must be competent with Social media marketing and promotioning the salon and the services on offer.
Compentance using instagram and Facebook.
Replying to email appointment requests and Facebook appointment requests.
Keeping reception area and desk clean and tidy at all times.
Helping with salon cleaning when not busy with reception duties.
Cashing up and dealing with payments.
Typing documents and letters.
Must be smartly presented at all times.
Must be sociable and chatty, friendly and welcoming.
