An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Business Development Manager within a fast growing and well-established supplement brand, working as part of an experienced Sales team, driving new opportunities and providing outstanding support with existing customers. This role includes working in Birmingham and Manchester.

We are looking for someone with a track record in a new business capability who can engage well and represent our brand to our external customers and offer excellent service on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in the cosmeceutical and medical industry with an understanding of our products and meeting the needs of customers to represent our brand.

Sales Element -Job Role

  • Research and progress new business opportunities within the region and ensure they are of a standard in line with On-Group’s new business profile. These will consist of salons, spas and medical clinics.

 

  • Visit on a regular basis all existing accounts in line with the schedule agreed with the client and company expectations.

 

  • Monitor, track and report on the commercial KPI’s within your areas; make recommendations and develop initiatives to help all businesses to achieve sales targets.

 

  • Fully merchandise the Brand and ensure current merchandising tools are utilised.

 

  • Ensure that all Marketing Plans and Promotions are communicated and implemented in a timely manner and within the required timescales using the appropriate POS, collateral and promotions. Communicating marketing needs of customers to

 

  • Ensure that all accounts are committed to providing their staff with the necessary level of training to allow the professional delivery of Proto-col treatments.

 

  • Establish strong working relationship with all clients and organise promotional events.

 

  • Weekly reporting to the UK sales Manager every Friday.
