EF MEDISPA is on the lookout for a customer service and quality-delivery focused Trainer/ Senior Therapist to train newly recruited and existing Aesthetic Therapists across all clinics, ensuring five-star quality standards are adhered to at all times. The role also involves supporting therapists in their development in-clinic regularly, also taking part in performing treatments (up to approximately 50% of time). The role also involves assisting Training Manager to ensure protocols related to treatments are followed at all times.

To apply for this role, you will have previous experience as a trainer and hold a diploma or equivalent beauty qualification (NVQ3, CIDESCO and Level 4 lasers) with a minimum of 5 years industry experience.

Key duties:

·        Delivering complete and comprehensive training to the highest standards in EF MEDISPA treatments protocols

·        Ensure training is structured as per the syllabus, and applying flexibility and initiative where required

·        Assess the needs and learning objectives of each individual, adapting teaching methods and resources to ensure the course is both fun and educational 

·        To build relationships with Clinic Managers, feeding back on the individual’s performance and achievements, agreeing on further development

·        Under the guidance of the Training Manager, ensuring treatment protocols are followed at all times

·        Performing treatments in- clinic, keeping up to date with client needs, and working with Training Manager/ Clinic Managers to improve/ maintain treatment related service delivery in-clinics


·        Beauty Therapy qualification in NVQ level 3, CIDESCO- laser and IPL level 4 highly desirable

·        Good knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology of the skin

·        Teacher training qualification desirable

·        Experience within a training position desirable

·        General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

·        Aware of new products and services and market trends, and a passion of the industry

·        Passion for delivering a high level of customer service and client satisfaction

·        Results driven & positive at all time

·        Well-developed interpersonal skill and excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

·        Team player, who can work independently and take initiative

·        Good organisational skills and be able to meet deadline
