ABOUT OUR FRONT OF HOUSE ROLE

  • Ensure all customers receive a professional and courteous first impression
  • Liaise with other branches to ensure all patient enquiries are handled promptly, politely and professionally.
  • To ensure the reception and retail area are kept tidy and clean at all times.
  • To take payments and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Promote the companies range of products, courses, surgical and non-surgical treatments.
  • Promote product sales, ensuring every client is given a recommendation of skin care prior to leaving the Clinic.
  • Deal with and log all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
  • To assist with stock taking and ordering of new stock and stationary.
  • Confirm all appointments for the next day and prepare client files/paperwork.
  • Maintain consultation packs for all new patients.
  • To assist in mailshots and direct marketing of our clients.
  • To complete outbound calls to existing clients to promote our services
  • Comply with all CQC regulations and ensure you have read and understood all clinic policies and procedures.
  • Complete daily figures and enquiry sheets. All enquiries are to be logged on our live tracking, enquiry sheet
  • Store patient records securely and maintain patient confidentiality and discretion at all times.

SKILLS REQUIRED

You must have previous experience as a Receptionist and a keen interest in the health and beauty industry.
