Business Development Manager - Midlands

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a well established Beauty/Aesthetics Brand looking after the Midlands.

The role will involve account management of existing spas and salons; developing new salon and spa accounts and management of some wholesale accounts. You will need to have previous sales experience within a field based position and be able to demonstrate your achievements in relation to hitting target. You will be a positive, personable person with the capability to build strong relationships with the owners and managers of the accounts you oversee.

Responsibilities
To promote the company and its products.
To meet agreed monthly sales targets and New Business.
To plan the coverage of the area in the most effective and economic manner.
Efficient administration of enquires, orders and other sales documents.
To report coherently and with speed day to day activities, customer development and changing business trends, communicating customer complaints/satisfaction and competitors activity to the National Sales Manager.
To develop relationships with customers, visiting regularly and carrying out product demonstration to both prospect and existing customers.


Salary on application, excellent commission structure and company car.
