A young and dynamic company, we have been growing rapidly for a number of years and due to high levels of demand, we are looking to add a Head Therapist to Kate’s team.

This is why all our facials are tailored specifically to the individual, and no two treatments are the same.  We use the best expertise, evidence-based innovative technology and cosmeceutical skin care, which ensure safe clinical treatments with minimal disruption to our client’s daily life.

Innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Our revolutionary SkinDNA programme has won industry-wide acclaim, culminating in our award in the Most Innovative Treatment division of the My Face My Body Awards.  We only use the latest science-based products at Kate Kerr London, including ranges from ZO Skin Health, AlumierMD and AQ.  

Our clinic is located on London’s iconic South Bank in the luxury 5-star Sea Containers Hotel. All our clients are able to use the hotel’s spa facilities as part of their visit to Kate Kerr London.    

What we’re looking for

Our Head Therapist carries out regular advanced skin treatments in addition to assisting Kate in the day to day management of the clinic. 

You will lead by example, help with the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, and maintain exceptional treatment standards. You will also help to manage and inspire our staff, drive sales, and perform various administrative functions as necessary.
 

Other duties could include interviewing new candidates, working out staff schedules, helping with in-house training, and liaising with suppliers and other third parties.


Our ideal candidate would already be working in an aesthetic clinic or similar, preferably in a management/ leading role. You must have at least an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. You will have a good level of general education with excellent written and spoken English, as well as being smart and well presented.  

Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, so customer service will be your main priority. We’re looking for someone who will lead by example, be professional, fun, flexible and creative, with a passion for skin health. We’d like someone who will thrive as an integral part of a busy team, and is able to keep track of our client’s journey from their very first consultation, to their regular facials, and all the associated behind the scenes work that entails.

We would love to hear from applicants with experience of micro-needling, radio frequency, IPL, Fractional ablation and advanced skin peels. We use product ranges from ZO Skin Health, Alumier MD, and AQ amongst others, so experience with these would also be an advantage.

Full time hours will consist of 4 days per week- they are likely to be Mon-Thurs during training but will include 1 weekend day once your training is complete and staff schedules have been finalised.
