Salon Manager

Garner Hair is looking for a Salon Manager for its busy, city centre salon. Under new management, this is an exciting opportunity for a very experienced and enthusiastic Manager to take responsibility for running the salon. 

As the new owners of Garner Hair, we’re looking for an honest, trustworthy, skilled and confident Salon Manager. We need someone to head up a talented team, ensuring morale and profitability. You will bring in new, and take on existing, clientele and grow the business by hiring. You will also be responsible for the training program to ensure our salon is best in class. 

The right candidate will have considerable experience as a forward-thinking Stylist and at least three years in a management role. Enthusiasm, ambition and drive are essential assets, to help Garner Hair reach its full potential.

You will be expert at building & maintaining strong relationships, leading by example and demonstrating a commercial mindset.
