Patient Liaison Co-Ordinator – Buckinghamshire

Full time or part time

We are currently searching for two candidates who have the ability of delivering 5-star customer service and who will act as advocates for two leading, multi-award-winning cosmetic skin clinics.

You will be joining an advanced team of cosmetic doctors, aesthetic medical practitioners and aestheticians assisting in a very busy service environment and will be required to work well under pressure.

A background in sales and the aesthetics industry are advantageous, telephone experience with excellent attention to detail, computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft packages are essential.

Our client is looking for a confident, clear communicator, who is well organised with a solid work ethic. Must be flexible, able to work by own initiative, be proactive and courteous.

Hours of work: Full time - 5 days per week, incl. some evenings until 7pm, working every other Saturday

Part time to be agreed on interview
