23MD is one of the most established clinics for cosmetic medicine in the UK. We provide our patients with a luxury, bespoke experience. We are a small, but high qualified, ambitious and friendly team aim to facilitate a transparent culture of trust and collaboration.

As a member of the team and a 23MD ambassador, we expect you to deliver excellence to each patient. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and flexible team members to thrive at the heart and soul of the business:

the front of the house is the patient’s first point of call with 23MD and the team is vital to the functioning of the clinic, driving day-to-day activities.

Front-of-house staff should be passionate about the aesthetics industry and uphold all of 23MD’s values. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer and respond to all communications including telephone and email in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Greeting and welcoming all patients as well as overseeing the patient journey
  • Respond to and report any concerns, incidents, and/or problems, both from patients and internally as needed. 
  • Assist in the day-to-day functioning of clinic activities 
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a tidy and well-presented environment
  • Opening/closing each day
  • Maintain and uphold company values and standards
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Learn and understand all treatments conducted by 23MD, as well as work to expand industry knowledge as a whole.
  • Work towards and achieve targets, including but not limited to: New patient conversion Treatment Sales targets Retail sales targets
  • Assist and chaperone doctors as needed
  • Administrative duties as needed


  • EITHER university degree (preferably in business, marketing, or any relevant field) OR 1-year minimum working with a luxury brand. 
  • Have a proven interest in the cosmetic medicine industry
  • User-level computer skills: (word, outlook, excel, and use of CRM)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic.
