Guinot Salon Manager

The Salon Manager is responsible for efficient operation and staff management of the company owned Guinot Salon in Ascot. They must promote the desired brand culture and work ethos of Guinot following through set image guidelines. Works with the Franchise Department to ensure the salon is performing in line with the franchise model and to actively promote our business to clients and potential franchisees. Works with the salon team to ensure a first class service is delivered and maintained to clients, potential franchisees’ and students visiting the salon. Reports to the Franchise Manager.
