Spa and Leisure Manager - Isle of Mull

We are seeking a leader with prior knowledge of Spa Operations and 2 years preferred management experience in the beauty industry. A leader who has the ability to create an incredible experience for guests, inspire the spa and leisure team whilst optimizing financial performance.

The hotel spa has been recently renovated, offering a 4-star experience where luxury and wellness meet the adventure of Island life, embracing the true spirit of Scotland with its own exciting personality. This is a hands-on role, working closely with the General Manager and Group Spa Manager. 

Responsibilities and duties include:

Day-to-day operational running, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained through every interaction of the spa and leisure areas. 
Delivery against KPIs, gaining positive financial performance of the department 
Generating and supporting team/customer sales initiatives to deliver budgeted targets
Responsibility for all Spa treatments and product stock control
Responsibility for Spa therapist training, including treatments, retail, standards and the guest journey
Responsibility for the hygiene, health & safety and maintenance of the Spa and Leisure area

Pool plant/ Pool Responder certification and massage qualifications would be preferred.

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 – plus benefits
