Field Sales/Account Manager role for fast growing haircare brand, selling directly into hair salons. Various territories available. 

To have responsibility for business growth within their territory. Success will be achieved through visiting a combination of existing and prospect accounts on a daily basis. You will take a consultative approach with our salon partners to grow their business with our exciting growing product range.


  • Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets in terms of overall territory turnover
  • Partner with hairdressers to develop their salon business through action plans to:
  • Attract new clients
  • Drive client loyalty
  • Grow their spend per client
  • Optimise salon & staff operations
  • Educational support 
  • Support salon merchandising and display creation


  • You have at least 2 years direct selling experience in field based position(s) 
  • You have experience in using a consultative approach to business development
  • You are very organised and operate with high level of discipline
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are digitally savvy
  • You hold yourself accountable for the success of your territory – even when not everything is under your control; intensively driven & tenacious, determined to get over the obstacles in the path of what need to do
  • You are driven to succeed but never at a colleague’s expense; you assume good intent in others; disagree openly but then fully back the decision made by your manager and your leadership


  • Experience in field sales selling in hair salons (2 years experience) 
  • Experience in selling to small / independent salons / retailers
