We have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist looking for a new role in the Shropshire area. This is a temporary to permanent contract which is a fantastic approach on how to navigate your next 'work home'. Shifts can be booked according to your schedule and your personal commitments, with no obligations to contracted/set days. With ongoing flexibility, if you feel this is a new career path for you permanently, we can offer a permanent fixed contract with an attractive package. 

As an experienced Beauty Spa Therapist, you will assist in delivering high standard of spa treatments, keeping knowledgeable in retail products and other spa treatments and confidently provide a exceptional Client Journey.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide a high class service with treatment standards to match your professionalism 
• Be knowledgeable in treatments and advice in terms of procedures and products
• To focus on service excellence for all Spa Guests
• Undertake a full assessment of the client’s requirements and suitability of treatments and products used
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and tidy work area at all times
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and presentation at all times
• Comply with all legal requirements in respect of health and safety and welfare of staff and customers, COSSH and Manual handling
• Work closely with the office team and fellow spa and leisure team for the smooth running of daily operations

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Qualified in Beauty Therapy to a Level 3 UK standard or equivalent
• Ability to manage your own working schedule and availability
• Able to work as part of a team and individually
• Great communicator
• Takes pride in the role and has excellent attention to detail
• Ability to identify training needs
• Good time management and organisational skills
