SKIN 44 is based in Wickford, Essex and is an independent small business owned and run by Skin Specialist Kirsty Baker. At SKIN 44 the goal is simple and that is getting the clients visible results in improvement of their skin using a combination of Medical Grade Skincare Medik8 and advanced treatments such as Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Pen Microneedling, VI Peel Chemical Peel. We ensure we are with our clients every step of the way with regular communication and support to guide them to flawless skin.

I am looking to expand the business to help me with the current demand of clients, I would expect the individual to be self-motivated, have detailed knowledge of skin concerns and advanced clinical treatments. Be active and driven on social media, to support with activity on the Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok platform. To also assist with creating before & after images and creative content.

This is an extremely fun environment working with the Blinking Smooth team but with a huge focus on building the business to the next level. It will need someone who is hardworking, driven and committed to building their own clientele and not scared of hard work. Someone who can work as a team but also easily alone.

What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will already be working in an aesthetic clinic and must have at least an NVQ Level 3 and 2 years aesthetic experience. You will have a good level of general education with excellent written and spoken English, and be smart and well presented.  Customer care will be a priority along with clients results.

Full tra5ining will be provided, although preference will be given to applicants with experience of Dermalux Light Therapy, SkinPen Microneedling, Advanced Chemical peels, Microdermabrasion. Medik8 Skincare experience would be advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
