Popular with a huge range of clients including males, females as well as many from the LGBT community, for which hair removal and skin care treatments form an important part of their transition and identity.

With a loyal client base built over 20 years, we are continuously growing and have an opportunity for a Beauty Therapist who has passion for skin and hair removal treatments and wants to upgrade her skills to become a specialist. You will work as part of a motivated and dedicated team duties will also include management of reception to support the team in delivering a smooth customer journey. This role is suitable for a therapist who has worked in a busy salon environment and wishes to further her career to advance skin and hair removal treatments.  

We are looking for an individual who is:

• Highly motivated and aspiring to further their knowledge to treat problem skins and unwanted hair growth for male, female, transgender and menopausal clients Can display exemplary 5 start customer care skills whilst delivering high-quality treatments Must have excellent organisational skills, and time management. Show continuous improvement by taking responsibility for treatment & product sales with the rest of the team Actively build the clinic’s brand awareness, client base and our services using interpersonal skills Must be comfortable with intimate waxing for men & women Can demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal Must be confident, hard-working and able to work independently and within a small team. Work experience minimum of 2-3 years to high standards within a busy salon environment Qualified in Beauty Therapy NVQ 2 and 3 including electrolysis Part- or full-time position available. Hourly rate depending on experience plus commission and year-end bonus

Your main objectives will be:

• Perform hair removal treatments using electrolysis, strip and peelable wax Perform facials and advance electrolysis skin treatments Responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of reception area Efficient use of Phorest software booking system Maximise opportunities to learn and improve skills Stock management Maximise opportunities to drive sales and achieve overall targets Promote our clinic ethos and upselling skincare products to achieve client results Always keep the high-end standard of the clinic                               Supporting the team to deliver a smooth customer journey
