Our staff appreciate that as EF MEDISPA is a family run business we care about our staff. Although we are committed to high standards of professionalism, we have a very different culture to corporate-style chains. Our founder, Esther Fieldgrass remains close to day to day operations, in spite of her hectic travel schedule and media commitments. Both her sons are involved in the management of the clinics and the family atmosphere provides a uniqueness to the working environment. Esther was one of the first to understand the role of the medical spa in the aesthetics industry and has kept EF MEDISPA at the forefront of innovations in new treatments and procedures. We have an enviable reputation as a market leader.
